The program for the hardball age groups will continue with the theme of conditioned practice. It will also provide plenty of opportunities for batters to face bowlers through themed net practices. The aim of this is to gradually expose players to more situations where they can focus on making their own decisions and apply their techniques in competitive environments.
Within these age groups players will also be shown how to provide feedback through peer/self-reviews, with the aim being that players start to form a stronger team environment. As players are now at a more mature cricketing age they will also have the chance to have an input into what sessions focus on and the direction of learning that takes place.

Under 14+

The under 14+ age groups aim is to help cricketers develop and transition over time from being junior players into young adults that are ready to begin their journey into adult cricket. This will be achieved by further refining their own techniques through conditioned practices, game based scenarios and deeper-levelled analysis. Their development will be overseen by ex-international player and head coach Alan Butcher.

We enter a team in to the north essex league at every age group and also into the essex cup competitions.
